Refund/Cancellation Policy: This policy applies to flights purchased directly from Air Combat USA. If you purchased your flight through a reseller you are bound by the terms and conditions of that sale and you are exempt from this policy. If you purchased your flight directly from Air Combat USA, a refund less a 10% cancellation fee, will be granted to the purchaser, provided the request is in writing and received within 120 days of purchase and is at least 30 days prior to the scheduled flight date. Any flight canceled or rescheduled on the thirtieth day or less from the flight date will be subject to a late cancellation fee of 20%, unless the seat can be refilled. No refund will be granted for a cancellation received day of flight.

Ready Alert

Air Combat USA offers last minute cancellations at a discount to our customers that wish to be on Ready Alert. These openings are for one person and at a specific date, time and location. You may sign up for Ready Alert whereby you will remain on standby for a last minute cancellation at any one of our 28 locations. The Ready Alert price varies but can be as low as 50% of retail. If you are interested in being on the Ready Alert list, please email djennings@aircombat.com for more information. Some restrictions apply.

Weather Policy: Should Air Combat USA determine in the interest of safety, the weather is not suitable for flying, we will reschedule the flight at the earliest possible date and time. However, in the event a weather cancellation results in a request for a refund, the purchaser must be within the 120 days and the early cancellation fee will apply.

Expiration Date: All flights must be scheduled within one year of purchase.
