| Restrictions: All Biplane Rides are flown only out of Fullerton, California. We do not currently fly at any other locations. We have a height and weight restriction that will be strictly enforced. Flyers of the Extreme Biplane must be less than 6’4” and 240 lbs. Flyers that are heavy, ie. 5’2” and 180 lbs, will not fit in this plane. Max width of the Extreme Biplane is 18 “ across. Max height and weight for the Classic Biplane are 6’3” and 240 lbs for one person or a total of 330lbs maximum combined weight for 2 people. The seat width is 42” across. |

| Refund Policy: All flights are to be flown within one year from the date of purchase. If you decide that you do not wish to fly or the person you purchased the flight for does not wish to fly, we will gladly transfer the flight to someone else. If you require a refund, you will be charged a $75 processing fee. If you are the holder of an “Expired” Gift Certificate or have not flown your flight in the allotted time, we will require you to pay the difference if the flight you wish to fly has gone up in price since it was purchased. There will be no refunds after one year from the date of purchase. |

| Cancellations or Schedule Changes: It is your responsibility to remember your flight date. We will not call to remind you of your scheduled date and time. If you need to cancel or reschedule your flight for any reason, kindly give us 24 hours notice so that we can fill the time slot with another customer. If you “NO SHOW” the day of your flight, or cancel within 24 hours of your flight time, you will forfeit your flight and no refund will be given. |
